Tumblin Tots This is a class for boys and girls walking to age three with a parent attending. We work on hand-eye coordination, fine and gross motor movement and fun. Jumpers This is for boys and girls age 3-5. Emphasis is on gymnastics movements and coordination. Social skills like taking turns as well as new gymnastics skills are rewarded. We do not exceed a 6-1 ratio. Leapers and Flippers These classes is for beginners. Mastery of beginning skills is taught. Form, flexibility and proper skill progression are implemented in a fun enriching environment. Flyers This is an intermediate/ advanced class. Students will build on their basic gymnastic skills and begin working on intermediate skills. Tumbling combinations, skill connections on bars and beam and more advanced vaulting will be taught. Tumbling These classes focus on tumbling only. Use of the Tumbl-Trak and handspring trainer facilitates getting new skills. Back Handspring required for Intermediate class. Back Tuck series required for Advanced class Boys Only Just what the name says, this is for those manly men who want to learn skills on the p-bars, rings, pommel and more. Ages 7 and up. Adult Fitness This is for those adults who want to get a work out and have fun. We work on all the equipment and the class is tailored to the skill level of those attending. No experience is necessary. All Star Cheer This is for the serious cheerleader who wants to compete. Focus of these classes is stunting, tumbling, fitness, and choreography Prep Opt Prep Opt is for those gymnasts who want to compete without the time and financial commitment of our USAG teams. Gymnasts work their skill level on all events with the goal being to compete locally. |
